WindowKits Volya is a lightweight emergency replacement window system designed for rapid deployment in conflict-affected and disaster-affected buildings. The system restores thermal performance, weather protection, daylight, and occupant safety when conventional glazing is unavailable or impractical.
Structural system
The system consists of a uPVC extrusion frame with dual internal glazing grooves and two independent PET glazing layers installed in parallel. Integrated gripping features within the frame create continuous perimeter retention and sealing.

Assembly method
Assembly is tool-light and non-specialist. Four uPVC extrusion members are cut to size, after which the first and second PET panels are inserted into separate grooves. Integrated tooth features secure the glazing and form an air- and water-tight perimeter seal.
