Methodology and verification
How we report our impact
Our reporting is built from operational data submitted by Insulate Ukraine teams and implementing partners working in frontline and war-affected communities across Ukraine.
Installation figures are updated monthly and reviewed against local team reports before publication.
01
What “verified” means
Verified data has been checked against the latest reporting available from the relevant team or partner. Because work is carried out in changing security conditions, figures may be revised when new reports are received or earlier records are reconciled.
02
Programme status
Active means installations are continuing. Completed means the planned operation has concluded. Suspended means work has stopped because conditions are no longer safe or practical. Under occupation means the community is under temporary Russian occupation.
03
Territorial context
Territorial information is approximate and included only to help explain the humanitarian and operational context. It should not be treated as military or real-time security guidance.
04
Reporting frequency
National totals are updated monthly. Community-level information is updated when verified reports are received from the field.

2025 Annual Report
Our 2025 Annual Report documents a year of operational growth, technology development and frontline delivery across Ukraine.
A year of innovation
Stronger operations. Better windows. Wider reach.
During 2025, Insulate Ukraine expanded its operational capacity with two new teams and seven new builders. Local teams completed the transition to the V2 emergency window, while successful V3 prototype trials prepared the way for a self-installable system designed to reach communities where installation teams cannot safely operate.
