Comrades Ultramarathon x Insulate Ukraine
Why are they running?
On June 8th, Henry Wadsworth and his father, Big Dave, will tackle the grueling Comrades Ultramarathon — a 56-mile race from Pietermaritzburg to Durban — in support of Insulate Ukraine.
They are running for us!
Insulate Ukraine has installed over 45,000 windows, enabling thousands of families to return to their homes. Each £10 donated funds a new window, directly impacting those in need.
We are trying to hit and exceed our $10,000 goal, help us make it happen.

What is Comrades?
Comrades is the oldest ultramarathon in the world, and this year it’s the 'down run', starting in Pietermaritzburg’s hills and finishing at sea level in Durban. The course winds through KwaZulu Natal and the Valley of a Thousand Hills — Intabeni Zezinkulu for those who know their Zulu! Up or down, it’s a brutal and beautiful challenge.
